Workshop Leader

Chris Anthony worked in the corporate world for 26 years having held various positions from Industrial Relations Officer and culminating as Area Director of Human Resources & Training mainly in Hotels, Resorts and Service industries. Chris holds a Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management and Development from Singapore Institute of Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration majoring in Human Resources Management from La Trobe University, Melbourne, Australia. His personal mission and passion is to train, educate, and empower individuals, teams and organizations in achieving excellence . He has infectious enthusiasm in inspiring and motivating individuals to achieve their full potential in achieving their goals.

As an industry Human Resources and Learning & Development practitioner, he had worked as an Area Human Resources & Training Director with a Premium Resort Group overseeing 3 resorts in Maldives, Thailand and Sri Lanka. Prior to this, he was Principal HRD Consultant with HRM Consulting Associates Pte Ltd, Singapore and a Trainer with People’s Association ( PA ), Confederation of Industries ( SCI ) and Integrated Learning Systems ( ILS ) and Asia Pacific Management Centre, Malaysia. He is also a nationally accredited Workplace Trainer and NSRS Assessor by WDA.
