Danny S rose through the ranks across various local as well as multinational companies for over 28 years since 1994. Danny is an advisor in Legal HR across the Region whilst he massively contribute his expertise in cross-border experiences in driving the organization forward in the new millennium.
With global HR Management experience at the top-level Danny have initiated HR operational changes, strategic HR policies, and development. He had spearheaded sustainable change management that delivered productivity enhancements.
Danny has regional exposure in various countries including India, China, Indonesia, Vietnam, Singapore, Philippines, Taiwan and Australia. With experience in HR laws, Immigration laws, and recruitment challenges and managing various stakeholders located in each country to ensure smooth operations for the various organizations he had represented.
Throughout his career, Danny has developed a reputation as a dynamic problem solver and an experienced HR practitioner with extensive acumen in both Strategic HR and Operational HR, now coupled with a Legal HR advisory role further enhanced with reading of international Human Rights Law.
