About the Workshop

Participants will be taught how to manage customers both external and internal. They will know how to provide excellent service and what to do when customers become difficult. They will also be taught how to gain cooperation from customers.

Workshop Leader

Zainal Abidin was an Army Officer  retiring as a Captain at the age of 45. His last five years was conducting the Train-The-Trainers Program for the military trainers in the Singapore Armed Forces. He started conducting courses and seminars since 1988. He has a Graduate Diploma in Adult Education and Training Development from University of British Columbia. Zainal has conducted numerous training and consulting in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia and Vietnam. To date he has trained more than 45,000 personnel. He conducts the Problem Solving Workshop, Supervisory Management, Personal Effectiveness, Train-The-Trainers, Effective Presentation Skills, Successful Negotiation, Customer Satisfaction Program, and other related courses.
