Communication is key to successful business and personal interactions. You communicate with others every day on many levels. However, you may not always take time to analyse how your ways of interacting affect other people.

Understanding, appreciating and accommodating individual differences in communication style can enhance your ability to communicate. This communication advantage will increase your effectiveness as an employee, supervisor, trainer, coach, team member and/or leader. The framework of the CYS training is the Myers-Briggs questionnaire, which gives tremendous insights into how people communicate and respond to one another. The profiles help to take the sting out of conflict and provide sound techniques for influencing and getting through to people with different communication styles. This workshop is especially useful for people in sales and front line customer service, but is valuable to anyone who wants to increase their confidence in speaking up with and making sense to others.
