Martin Gabriel began his career with the Ministry of Manpower as an Inspector enforcing the Employment of Foreign Manpower Act. His 3 years with the Ministry provided Martin with the experience of understanding labour regulations and was an inspiration in his decision to make Human Resources his career after leaving the government service.
With more than 20 years of experience as a HR Practitioner, Martin embarked upon forming a HR community that is the biggest, and most vibrant in Singapore. Martin is presently the Chairman and founder of HRmatters21, an online HR interest group which provides a vibrant forum with HR issues being discussed. As a Senior HR Consultant / Advisor, Martin provides advice & consultancy to numerous companies in Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia. Martin is also involved in the development of Human Resources in Singapore.
With his vast experience in Human Resources, he has been engaged by many companies to draft or review their HR policies and employment contracts.
Martin’s experience has also expanded into training. To date, over 6,000 HR personnel and Managers from Non-HR functions have attended his training programmes. Martin holds a Bachelor of Commerce with double major from the University of Tasmania and a Diploma in HRM.

Kevin Lee formed his professional boutique consultancy and advisory firm specializing in corporate structuring and restructuring, enterprise tax risk management and corporate advisory services under the brand name “RYSAAC (睿鉴 隴西)” in early 2005. Since then, RYSAAC has gone strength-to-strength, collaboration strategically with several professional firms, including audit firms, management consultancy & corporate advisory companies and an internationally well-known publication. His clients include individuals and corporate clients who are seeking independent professional services and tax advisory services or as an in-house alternative. Kevin is the full member of the Chartered Professional Accountants of British Columbia and Canada, (CPABC, CGA Canada), Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (ISCA), Singapore Institute of Accredited Tax Professionals (SIATP), Australian Institute of Company Directors (MAICD), fellow member of Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA, UK), and fellow member of Malaysian Institute of Management (MIM). He graduated from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), University of London with BSc (Hons) in Economics and Management and an executive diploma in directorship from Singapore Management University (SMU). Charles Wong is a registered consultant with MOM-WDA for Flexible Wage system (FWS). As a Consultant, Charles has developed and implemented various management systems, these are Compensation and Rewards, formulating salary range and setting standards for Key Performance Indicators for non-profit organization, SMEs as well as MNCs. Charles expertise has also expanded to the Asian region. His expert views were also sort after by countries like Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia and China. His consultancy work focuses on HR Management and HR Development. In Singapore, Charles assisted numerous companies in achieving People Developer Standards as well as ISO Quality Management System.
Dayanand’s career in corporate services spans nearly 25 years. His last appointment as Director of Regional Payroll Solutions at Boardroom Limited involved managing payroll solutions, both domestically and regionally. He also has a good number of years of experience in financial accounting. Prior to that Dayanand was with the corporate services arm of Arthur Andersen in Singapore. Over the years, his portfolio of clients has included companies such as Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, JP Morgan Chase, EMC, Yahoo!, Panasonic, SingTel and Courts, just to name a few. Dayanand currently runs his own payroll, HR, tax and accounting practice, focusing on providing value for money solutions to MNCs and SMEs. He is also active with Voluntary Welfare Organizations in Singapore and currently serves as the Audit Committee Chairman for the Lions Home for the Elders. This has allowed Dayanand to pursue his passion of bringing much needed corporate governance expertise to the charity sector. Dayanand holds a BA (Hon) in Business Accounting, and is also a Member of the Association of Accounting Technicians (MAAT).
Susan Amy is originally from the United Kingdom, where she graduated from Goldsmiths College, University of London with a B.A. Honours in English Literature. She holds the Royal Society of Arts Diploma in Teaching English as a Foreign Language. She keeps her interest in human communications vital and up-to-date by working with people in companies to understand their communication challenges.
At present, she is studying counselling in Singapore. She is also currently preparing for her MSc in Psychology (Organisational Behaviour) with the University of London. Susan is an accredited trainer for the MBTI (Myers Briggs Type Indicator) and for MBTI team building.
Our Indonesian based HR/IR Consultant
Hendri Gemilang is an expert in Indonesian Employment Law. A former Consultant of the reputed PT Tunaskarya Indonesia, Hendri was also Senior Executive in Human Resource Consultancy attached to a company located in Batam, Indonesia. His past experience includes over 20 years of HR & IR experience.
He boasts of experience as corporate secretary for PT Yeakin Plastic Indonesia and HR Manager of a Garment factory, PT Polly Allied, Indonesia. Hendri is also The President Director of PT HS Gemilang, a mechanical engineering specialist organisation. A writer and mentor of “Attitude workouts and attitude revolution”, Hendri has penned his experience in Industrial relations and disputes in Indonesia. Hendri graduated from the University of Andalas. West Sumatera, and majors in English language and literature.
Our Malaysian based HR/IR Consultant
Sean Lee hails from Penang Island, Malaysia and is a Consulting Director. He has a modest 18 years of experience in Human Resource and holds two degrees; Bachelors in Business Administration from American City University and Bachelor of Law from University of London. Prior to establishing his own HR Consulting company.
Sean’s experience expends across multiple industries. He held the position of HR Program Manager, APAC-RPO with a leading US based Outsourcing and Consulting Group. He was also an Operations Manager at a plastics manufacturing company then an HR Manager in a wood based furniture and metal sheet.
Currently, Sean heads the executive search, outsourcing & consulting programs for a HR Consulting Company he established in 2010. Sean has recently expanded into training and holds regular talks on HR for non HR personnel.
