Dr. Paimin, with 30 years of HR experience in various industry such as Manufacturing, Government, Dr Paimin has been proficient in the design and implementation of Human Resources practices, including negotiating Industrial and Employee Relations, Manpower Planning, Organization Development, Performance Management, People Development Learning, and understanding expatriate affairs. Dr Paimin holds a Batchelor Economic Management (S1) from the University of Jakarta.

He was formerly President Director PT.BKS&SMM Malang- East Java.
