Workshop Leader

Christopher Anthony worked in the corporate world for 25 years having held various positions from Industrial Relations Officer to Director of Human Resources mainly in hotel and service industries.

His broad vertical and lateral experience and expertise enables him to effectively communicate and facilitate programmes for all levels of staff bringing about significant changes and improvements to a wide variety of industries. His personal mission and passion is to train, educate, motivate and empower individuals, teams and organizations in achieving excellence. He was Principal HRD Consultant with HRM Consulting Associates Pte Ltd and Trainer with People’s Association (PA), Confederation of Industries (SCI) and Integrated Learning Systems (ILS). He also is a nationally accredited Workplace Trainer and NSRS Assessor.

Over the years, Chris has consulted and conducted a wide range of training programs for various establishments in Singapore and Malaysia. He has worked with clients from diverse industries some of which include Asia Pacific Management, KL , First World Hotel, Genting Highlands, Oberoi Hotels, Ambassador Hotels, Premier Hotel, Sarawak, Planet Hollywood, Singapore, JB Logistics, Johnson Controls, Royal Security Services Pte Ltd., Hospitality Works, Royal Security Management Pte Ltd. among others. He received his education in Singapore and Australia holding a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and an Advance Diploma in Training & Development. He is currently pursuing his Master’s program in Human Resources Development.
