Workshop Leader

Mary Philip is a HR professional with over 10 yrs of experience. In India, she has gained considerable experience in managing HR processes & systems in her role as a HR Business Partner at both Abbott & PwC. As a Consultant she has managed several Talent Management assignments(Leadership Development/Assessment centres) for MNCs in the Services, Pharma & Food Retail industry. Mary was heading the HR function for a growth phase pharma R&D and Manufacturing (USFDA approved) organization where she was given the mandate to build the HR function during a business turnaround phase. Her deliverables included policy formulation, designing competitive compensation policies, managing labour compliances & audits, building efficient human capital systems across 2 sites and managing high potential talent through various HR interventions. She has also worked on training programmes on topics as varied as Emotions@Work, Team Building , Management Essentials, Time Management , Campus to Corporate etc.
